Public Offer

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (the "Offer") under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains all essential terms of the agreement for the crafting and transfer of handmade pieces listed in the khalisi.store online store (the "Store").

1.2. Seller (maker): Elena Aleksandrovna Panova, Taxpayer ID (INN) 544591936381 (the "Seller", "KHALISI").

1.3. The Buyer is any legally capable individual who places an order at khalisi.store (the "Buyer").

1.4. Placing an order on the website and/or paying for a piece constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to craft and transfer to the Buyer a handmade piece — a jewelry item listed in the Store catalog — and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the piece under the terms of this Offer.

2.2. All pieces are crafted personally by the Seller.

2.3. The name, description, materials, photographs and price of the piece are indicated on the respective product page.

3. Nature of the pieces

3.1. All jewelry is handmade and exists in a single copy. An exact repetition of a sold piece is impossible; upon the Buyer's request, the Seller may create a similar piece.

3.2. The pieces feature natural gemstones. Natural inclusions and variations of color and pattern are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute a defect.

3.3. Colors in photographs may slightly differ from the actual piece depending on the Buyer's screen settings.

4. Placing an order

4.1. The Buyer places an order independently on the Store website by adding a piece to the cart and completing the checkout form (name, contact details, delivery address).

4.2. After placing an order the Buyer receives a confirmation with the order number. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm order and delivery details.

4.3. Each piece exists in a single copy: the piece is reserved for the Buyer at the moment the order is placed.

5. Price and payment

5.1. Prices in the Store are given in Russian rubles and include all applicable taxes and charges.

5.2. The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed and cannot be changed unilaterally by the Seller after order confirmation.

5.3. Payment is made by Visa, MasterCard or Mir bank cards, or via the Faster Payments System (SBP), using a secure payment service. The Seller has no access to the Buyer's card details.

5.4. Delivery within Russia is included in the price (free delivery). International delivery cost is calculated individually and agreed with the Buyer before any payment.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery within Russia is carried out by CDEK and Russian Post. Order preparation takes 1–3 business days; delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on the region.

6.2. Ownership of the piece and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer upon handover of the piece.

6.3. Upon receipt, the Buyer must check the packaging integrity and that the piece matches the order.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1. The Buyer may return a piece of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, provided the merchantable condition, consumer properties and original packaging are preserved and the piece has not been worn.

7.2. If defects are found in the piece, the Buyer may present to the Seller the claims provided by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

7.3. Refunds are made by the same payment method within 10 days of the Seller receiving the returned piece. Return shipping costs for a piece of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.

8. Personal data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy: https://khalisi.store/en/privacy.

9. Liability

9.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the piece or by inaccurate data provided by the Buyer at checkout (including an incorrect delivery address).

9.3. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure.

10. Term and amendments

10.1. The Offer takes effect upon publication on the website and remains in force until withdrawn by the Seller.

10.2. The Seller may amend the Offer. Amendments take effect upon publication and do not apply to orders placed before publication.

10.3. In all matters not covered by this Offer, the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
